FAQ

Here are some of our fequently asked question
Are your products natural?
Our products are made with the best and finest ingredients as well as our butters, herbs, essentials and cold press oils also. So yes, our products are derived from 100% natural ingredients.
Do you use recycled containers?
Yes, our containers are recyclable and reuseable. Our soap is wrapped in compostable paper, that can be disposed of easily.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
During pregnancy the body changes and because we use essential oils, it is imperative to do a patch test to be on the safe side. We also recommend that you seek medical advice from your healthcare provider.
Are your products made in the UK?
Yes, all our products are homemade, in Southeast London.
Why does the product look different from the last time?
Because our products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients, occasionally the colour will look different, depending on how we receive the herbs, which are sometimes lighter or greener in colour. We try to ensure that our products are consistent in colour. However, if you are not satisfied with how the product looks, please feel free to contact us about it.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, our products are cruelty free, and we test our products on ourselves even on toddlers and this is the way we are keeping it authentic.
Why does my body butter go soft?
During the summer months these products could go soft. If this occurs, please place them in the refrigerator for a while to solidify, then store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Even though the product could look different from the picture when it is melted, this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of our products.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Every product we make has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months (about 1 and a half years) when they are made, as this is a best before date. Our products are excellent to use after this date and will still be in good condition for a long time if stored properly. Keeping your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight must be noted.
What do I do if my products arrive damaged?
Please contact us directly by email mlmhall77@gmail.com. Even though this is not good news, we can file a claim with the post office on your behalf. Ensure that when documenting the damage, photos must be clear including the packaging. If you would like a replacement, without this information, it will not be possible to get a replacement.
